Brioche Donuts
Fluffy buttery brioche donuts. Take a bite of soft dough with a good dose of sweet custard or cream. Rotating flavors every 2-3 weeks. These will be fried and filled the day of to make them fresh as possible. Consume immediately or put in the fridge. Available for pickup at Saturday's Farmer's Market or for Sunday morning delivery (10-11am and within Dickinson town limit). Shokupan (Japanese Milk Bread) - Full Loaf
Fluffy, cloud-like bread that is great for sandwiches, french toasts, or even by itself. Made with no preservatives, it uses a Japanese baking method that allows the bread to stay moist over days. This is our full sized loaf.
Sesame Seed Crackers
A market favorite. Crunchy crackers that is highly addictive with a cheesy and salty taste. Made with sourdough starter and topped with sesame seeds. Comes in original, chili kick (chili flakes topping), ranch (ranch seasoning on top), and Taiwanese Chicken (Chinese 5 spice and other seasonings that make it tastes like the outside of Taiwanese fried chicken) . Each container holds 90 grams.
Our Story
In Vietnamese, Mẹ means Mother — a word that represents comfort, care, and the love shared around a table.
Made by Mẹ is my way of sharing that love through Asian baked goods and Asian-inspired creations. I’m excited to share a little taste of my kitchen with you!
